Regarding medication
It's been a week that I have been put on lamotrigine..and vortioxetine. Before lamotrigine I have tried umpteen no of antidepressants to no avail. Lamotrigine seems to work good for me so far. But vortioxetine makese irritable and anxious and dysphoric. Please help

Hi.. I understand ur problem. U may try Lamotrige with Venlafaxine (SNRI), rather than vortioxetine.

Okay if some problem is there with vortioxetine we can change it but need to check all your treatment history,response ,side effect profile .after considering those we ll plan your further management.

Continue same medicine..within few days you will be adjust to this medicine suppose it not feeling well although x we may change your medicine
