Regarding lumps on lower back

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My husband has one lump on upper outer thigh and two lumps in lower back like above hips.just want to know what they could be and which specialist should we visit for this Any skin specialist or someone else?? We have shown this to our family physician he said they are harmless. Are there any chances that number of lumps can increase anywhere in body??
