I have lump right side of my upper butt

I have lump, right side of mu upper butt and now it getting swelling when I straight lay down and also when I to go side way. for me its normal to get swelling but now its maybe more pain than before painful. before my lump had surgery and the doctor said its fats.before i don't have lump, but when I was slipped to the floor and and my spine also hit the floor it so painful i cant move my butt and after that a week ago my spine sometimes getting swelling its not just normal swelling, and when I bow and press my back my spine upper my butt it too painful. and also now I had baby my spine ache is often and my lump now is more painful too. I just want to ask is it serious type or it's normal?
