Bilirubin levels have to be checked against the particular lab values of normal range and also the clinical condition. As such this value of bilirubin if taken in an otherwise healthy individual eg a routine health check is not worrisome. There are hundreds of diseases that lead to increase in bilirubin to various degrees. But this minor increase in bilirubin just needs follow up provided patient is otherwise healthy and active individual without symptoms.
Next Steps
Consult a medical gastroenterologist or physician to record other aspects of clinical details ( detailed history and examination) and assess need for further evaluation or reassurance
Health Tips
it's not possible to analyse an isolated liver function test report alone!! medicines may not be needed also !!
