Regarding intimate pain after having sex

I had sex with my parter day before yesterday. I use protection while having it but she might have some doubt regarding to get pregnant. She has pain in her legs and vagina. What should i do? Or would you please tell me some pregnancy symptoms just with after few days of sex.
