Don't worry.
The injection site is not a fixed point, it is the deltoid muscles where injection is given and it is large muscle that cover the lateral aspect of upper half of arm.
Coming of blood 1-2drops is not fearing.
Health Tips
Don't take much tension.
If you develop pain, you can do ice compression.

Usually arm injections are administered in the lower part of the deltoid muscle.
So injection anywhere in the said region is fine.
Few drops of blood is within normal limits only.
Don't worry about it.
