Sir/ma'am
I am suffering from an unusual problem from last 5-6months. Sometimes in afternoon (12-1) before lunch I suddenly start feeling hunger for sweets and also my hand vibrates and feels like I am deprived of oxygen and as soon as I eat my food specially sweet I get all my senses back. This happens 2/3 times in a month. I took Hba1c test and it showed 5.6 reading. I always eat heavy breakfast but still it happened today also. Am I suffering from any disease? Kindly guide
