Regarding Hiv - Good Afternoon Doctors, I Want To Ask That

Regarding HIV

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Good Afternoon Doctors, I want to ask that if HIV is there in body does a CBC report i.e WBC counts points some infections such as HIV. As i have tested HIV Rapid Test after 100 days of exposure and it came negative and currently my CBC report also normal. Please guide me in this regard.
