Regarding HIV and HIV testing Problem

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello Doctor , i have got tested for HIV after my risky exposure , at 3 Weeks after the exposure and then on 50th Day (7 Weeks) after the exposure. The test on both the cases were HIV 1/2 & P24 antigen COMBO TEST , CMIA and both came Negative . My question is how reliable is the test after 7 Weeks or on 50th day after exposure ?? ... do i need to test more ?? Thank you please do reply .
