Regarding HBP,chest pain,left arm numbne

Hi Sir my Name is Anand 33 year old male,last one week i suffered From HBP 140/100, i consulted general physician she prescribed Telma H 40 morning 8Am after breakfast, Cilacar 5mg .. night 8pm iam taking my BP was now normal but still iam getting left numbness chest pain and getting tension..unable to sleep properly, please suggest
