Regarding fevrr
I have fever since last 15 days. CBc, widal, malaria normal. Taking dolo ,after solo fever come normal, but after 2hours it's 99.5, to much weakness and head remain like burden. Fever not exceed 99.5. I apprehend it can be brain fever. Please suggest me treatment. And how to confirm brain fever if it is.

I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
