Regarding Fever

Asked for Female, 50 Years

My mother is suffering from brain Aspergillosis post covid.She is being medicated with isavuconazole.She got mild fever yesterday and today also ( temperature mostly 99 but sometimes shows 100 also). We are giving her DOLO 650 mg. Meanwhile,we got her tested for covid today and the reports come negative. Is there any need to worry regarding covid,in coming days?? Kindly Assist!! Thanking you!!
