Regarding eye sight
Actually I am a student, preparing for jee mains and advance. As I have seen several engineering students have to use spectacles because of their damaged eye sights because of studying. I don't want to make my eye sidgt also weaker, so I want an advice that, is there any type, power etc of spectacles which will help me to maintain my eye sight as a normal one?

Healthy eyes are only possible in healthy body, you should take balanced diet , lots of green vegetables & seasonal fruits .
