Regarding eye power.
Hello sir.Recently I have checked eye and I found -0.25 in right eye and -1.75 in left one.But at last Doctor recommended me plane glass( in right eye).When I asked the optometrist,she told me that no need to use-0.25 power instead of that I should use plane glass.
Why she said so?Should I use plane glass or the above cited power?

-0.25 is a very small power and sometimes ignored.
Thats why there was difference in statement made by doctor and optometrist.
You can wear -0.25 power if it gives you clear vision.
