Eye floaters are increasing day by day but i have got my eyes checked from retina specialist and he did not said anything serious. What should i do? Is there any diet change or eye medicine should I take?

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them and since your retina is ok hence you need not to worry.
Just put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and antioxidants cap once daily eg revital .

What is your eye power? Good diet in terms of green leafy vegetables, carrots, and coloured foods like beetroot, papaya bell peppers are good.
Practise visual hygiene proper distance from reading material, restricting gadgets use, adequate lighting. Periodic eye testing, these are the general measures.
