Regarding Dremz ultra cream

My doctor suggested me Dremz ultra cream for my post inflammatory pigmentation, I am using it to since 15 days, how much duration should I continue to use this , I am getting some improvement in pigmentation.can I use this long term , this cream contains octinoxate,nicotinamide,kojic acid dipalmitate,arbutin and allantoin
