Regarding Down Syndrome T21

Question

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My wife is 33 years old.. She is 18+4 days pregnant. Her NT scan, Dual marker test, Second level ultrasound and Fetal echo reports are Normal, but in triple marker test T21 risk value is 1:362. We are very nervous . Please suggest us what to do next?
