My wife is pregnant 4 months .in second ultrasound it is found that baby has thickened urinary bladder and the neck is very thick .pls help tell me is it serious problem and can be treated as it's our first baby

hello, as per you written it's anomaly means its normal .in such cases consult your treating doctor he will help you . according to me you should abort the child . yes it's hard decision but you have to take it.
