My wife has factor v leiden mutuation. Should she get jab of covishield or not. If yes , should she take some medication prior ?

It’s not contraindicated by experts.
India has not done enough studies but Canadian associations have said it is fine to take the astra Zeneca vaccine even in factor B Leiden patients.
The astra Zeneca vaccine described by Canada and Covishield in India are one and the same.
So yes, safe to take it in general.
I’m assuming she is not on any medication as Factor v generally does not need prophylaxis.
