Regarding Covid vaccine 2nd dose

I took my 2nd dose of covishield today. I had very small amount of blood coming out from my injection site after shot. Kindly guide is it ok? In my first dose I had no blood coming from injection site. I have attached the photograph of injection site, is injection site correct?
