Regarding continues nose block problem
Hi Doctor,
I am facing continues block on my nose. I use nasal spray named OTRIVIN but it is only giving a temporary relief. Please help for a complete cure.
And I also have sinuses problem. And for that I am using an inhaler (seroflo 250) whenever I go breathless.

You might be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers which you are already using. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
