We are trying for a baby for last 2 months...before that my menses were regular but from 2 months my period are coming week late...n there remains cramps 3 or 4 days b4 the start of periods...last month i had all symptoms of pregnancy...my periods were late so i thought i am pregnant but menses arrives a week late...what could be the reason for it

You should undergo all prenatal examination to rule out any pathology. Start taking folic acid.
