I m breastfeeding my 2 month old..also I am breast pumping today I noticed my supply suddenly drop... Usually I pump 100 ml but today got nly 45 what is the reason and how to rectify... My nipples are dry and cracky plz help me

It's normal sometimes for out put to decrease in mothers who oversupply. You can avoid harsh soaps... Apply warm compresses... Apply freshly expressed milk on your cracked nipples for healing as it's antibacterial too
