Regarding baby jaundice report
Dear sir /madam,
Today we had our baby jaundice test.Baby is just 5 days old. I am attaching the report here kindly help to understand the report status and baby helath.

Was your baby born at the given delivery dates or earlier/later? If earlier how many months/weeks earlier/later?
Wat was your baby s weight at birth and present weight?

considering the levels of icterus it's prudent to take advice of nearby pediatrician for assessment & treatment aspect as it would be decided then , to put baby for phototherapy (blue light therapy)

to feed baby well, n ensure urine passing for 5-6 times
