my sister in law give birth to New born baby just 1 week completed still that thopul kodi not falling down is that any problem and also they took bath to baby I am little bit scared please advise

Not a problem. Umblical cord falls off around three weeks after birth. Bathing not a problem for a term Baby. You can do it 2 to 3 times a week with lukewarm water, make it short and dry soon there after. Keep the cord clean and dry.
