Write hi my gf is 25 she got bm transplant last year coz of aplastic anemia now her cell counts r near normal but from yesterday she got fevers near 40 degree without any sign or symptom of local infection such as pharyngitis otitis urinary tract infection or any other infection plzzz say what to do dr nd even she is weak nd cnt see well from two hours ago
