Regain periods with pcod
Im 28F and I have pcod... From Feb 2016 I'm on metformin 500mg twice a day... Initially I was 83 kg... Not I reduced to 72kg by controlling food... Even after loosing weight my periods are not yet regular... I get my periods after taking tables ( Regesteron)... Please suggest me how to regularise my periods naturally

Normal periods are mainly due to tablets specially oral contraceptives initially...normalisation of periods varies from person to person...we can't assure exact time...You should decrease carbohydrate intake, take foods made-up of whole grains like whole wheat bread, Decrease fat intake and increase protein content. Take high fiber diet, fruits, vegetables but avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes. Take plenty of water avoid sugar drinks....Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.

Maintain weight and height ratio.. It will take time to start spontaneous ovulation... Till You need support from hormonal pills
