Wash vegetables and fruits under running tap water thoroughly and use them.
You can wash the the grocery covers with soap water, let them dry and then use them.

Plastic cover can be rubbed with sanitizer. Vegetables which have to be kept in fridge can be washed and dry.
Other items keep it outside for 48 hours and then use.
