My eye refractive error increased to -7.25 from -7 in a span of ~6 months. My age is 21. I am worried about this increase. Is this normal increase??? And is this pathalogical myopia case ???

This is not pathological myopia. A difference of quarter number can occur just by 2 different people taking measurements or by same person taking measurements at 2 different times.
