Reflux in baby 8 weeks old

Hi Dr. My 8 week old has reflux ( she spits milk) and gets uncomfortable after feed if I lie her down. Sometimes the milk spit up comes out even from nose. I always burp her and keep her upright for 15 mins after feeding. At night time it is a difficulty as she wakes up to feed and because I am also sleepy I want to put her back to sleep so I can also sleep which makes her regurgitate and she wakes up and cries. Please can you suggest what should we do at night time for reflux problem. How to put her back to bed during the night after feed so milk doesn't back to mouth?

Hello,burping and keeping the baby upright for 15 minutes post feed is the only non medical measure for gastroesophageal reflex.You can rest in recliner chair with your baby in the night for 15 minutes post feed.Medication should be used only in gastro esophageal reflex disease
