Reduced sensitivity in penis during mast

I am 21 year old male. Earlier when I used to masturbate I could feel the sexual sensivity around my penis, but during the course of time my penis sensitivity is somehow reduced and I am not able enjoy it. Is it a problem. If its a problem then please do suggest measures.
