Reduced hearing after viral fever

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi! I had vital fever 3 weeks ago and developed an ear infection. After that, I cannot hear from my right ear for the last 3 weeks. There is constant ringing sound as well in the right ear. I sometimes feel dizzy (a few minutes episode) and then I become normal. I did PTA, Stapedial reflex and Tympanometry. Please could you have a look at the report and let me know if anything is wrong?

You are having both Conductive and Sensorineural hearing loss. Conductive is due to Acute otitis media Sensorineural is due to Viral injury to nerve.
