Hello. First of all control your weight. It's good you exercise but along with you also control diet. Keep away from oily, fried, sweets, junk food. Eat fruits, vegetables, almond everyday. Drink lots of water. Take lycopodium 200 - 1 dose (every sunday). From tomorrow take chelidonium Q and kalmegh Q - both 5-5 drops in half cup water twice a day. Take for 1 month. And recheck your cholesterol level.

I have seen few homeopathic remedies being very effective in controlling cholesterol.
There is a dietary restriction also. Don't eat high glucose food frequently like biscuits etc.
