I have been advised to reduce fbs from 98 to 90. How should I change my diet? I am planning pregnancy and am having high TSH in the absence of thyroxine supplement.

Once you are hypothyroid you are bound to take thyrox regularly and you are lucky that with medicines you remains euthyroid. Now your fbs 90 or 98 does not make any difference. If you are over weight, you have to work for that.
