Serious treatment can be done only during personal consultation with any Dermatologist. As you have visited a couple of them and the problem is persisting, it means you need to someone more professional. Many a times skin treatment takes a few weeks to months for final results. You can follow up with the same dermatologist and express your concerns, Acne is a multi phsae treatment plan and you can read more about it in my other answers. These conditions have a strong relation to one's internal health and it needs to be evaluated as often quoted - Skin is the mirror of internal health. Attempting treatment without understanding the pathology will be futile and make the course longer. Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation
