Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have very red spots going around my arm pit areas and elbows but the skin is not inflammatory so I know it’s not an allergic reaction I’ve used hydrocortisone cream but that didn’t help just my skin dry so I’ve been using eczema relief cream with 2% colloidal oatmeal which gives some itching relief but the redness is still there
