Redness of skin facial
Hi, I have vry sensitive skin , and it often gets red and itchy when exposure to sun and even when iam at home . iam using vaseline petroleum jelly as night cream but in the day when i apply my fairness cream ( fair & lovely )my skin becomes red . plz give a permanent solution for this . thank you

Hi,
From your history it appears to be rosacea. Stop applying fair and lovely as it's not suiting you. Use sunscreen daily in morning & afternoon. Use stole or umbrella when out in sun to cover face. Use soap free cleanser like cetaphil for daily use instead of soaps and harsh face washes. Avoid self medication. Avoid spicy or hot foodstuffs and beverages. Seek consultation from a dermatologist for specific skin care regime. Hope this helps.
