I have been getting redness on my chick and my face getting heat in summer as well in some high temperature

You may be getting polymorphic light eruption. This is a kind of Eczema due to sunlight. Please don't use soap or perfumes or deodorants. Please contact me in person at my clinic or send photos in private chat for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
