Redness of eye
22yrs, female, yesterday small dot of redness appeared in left side of eye,but today morning it spread to half of the eye. Medicine taking for common cold montelukast-levocetrizen & Amclav.The cold is persistent since for 6 months, sometimes watery eye n nose with sneezing but when medicine used it comes under control.is it side effect medicine or any other issue.kindly suggest.

This is a conjuctuval haemmhorage . This usually happens with trauma to your eye by excessive rubbing or sudden injury. Ur meds don't seem responsible. Nothing to worry if it is not painful;  and if u have no bruises on your body anywhere ; or if u have no other bleeding issues like from nose or gums or in stool etc. But ur six months old cold is a point of concern. U need to be evaluated
