My daughter had fever on 27th and 28thoct and now she has redness and itching on hands , legs and on stomach. CBC report attached, pls suggest precautions and diet . Age 7 yrs, 9 months Weight 33

Do bone marrow aspiration and testing. Do covid testing.and some more to R/o other viral tesings.  Admit the child.

Apply calamine lotion for itching. Give syrup Atarax 5ml thrice a day for 3 days. Watch for recurrence of fever, weakness, decreased activity, decreased urine. If these happen, visit a hospital soon. Mostly she is going to be fine
