Redness inthe eye (bloodshot)
There isn't any vision issue or irritation in the eye but the eye is covered with blood I mean the white part around the eye ball is really red not entire eye but left side of the eye

Your symptoms are suggestive of sub conjunctival hemorrhage
This is benign and don't need treatment
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

it seems to be subconjuctival haemorrhage. for confirmation please share a close-up pic of your eyes.
