Redness in one eye and mild irritation
It has been three days not I have redness in the right. And irritation while looking at screen since yesterday. Today morning I feel like having a mild bothering in the other eye as well but it is not red. No discharge from the eyes. Please advise any over the counter drops. Thank you.

This looks like an episcleritis. It will heal if u put lubrex eye drops 4 times a day.
Tobra F eye drops 4 times a day.
Give rest to the eye. Take proper sleep and breaks between your work. Avoid rubbing and touching eye. Show after 1 week.
