Redness in left eye

Redness in left eye

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Since yesterday morning my husband has redness in left eye only in the corner of the eye, tried the tears plus drops 2 drops twice, first dosage last night and second dosage today morning still the redness continues. The relief after applying drop is there was pain before and now it's not there Pls advice what to be done
