Redness in eyes prominently in morning
I was diagnosed with dry eyes, allergy, eye infection 20days back and was prescribed to use apdrops and tocinf eyes drops for 14 days 4 times a day. However even after the treatment my eyes are still getting stuck together in the morning on further consultation I have been advised to use FML drops 4 times a day and cortecyclin ointment to be applied during bedtime for another 21 days. Please advise should I go with the recommended medicine or not since I believe I m being over medicated since FML is a steroid and should not be used more than 7 days. Also looking at my ailments I am already taking a lot medicines as of now.

Medications are right but they need not to be given for so long. They should be tapered off. Also you should use lubricant eye drops.
