Redness in eyes

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby boy is 4.5 months old. Since the last couple of days, I have been observing that his eyes are looking a little red in color and showing some water/tears in it. Since this morning, he is rubbing the eyes and they have turned red from inside and outside. Any idea if this is the matter to be worried about? Attached is the photo for your reference.
