The eye pic you have sent is of right eye whereas you say redness in left eye , so some mistake somewhere , I guess !
Mostly happens due to allergy ...
U can try Winolap DS eye drops 2 times for 3 days n then once daily for 1 week
If doesnt get better ..show to eye doctor
