Redness, either side,nose

There is Redness on either side of my nose. During winters the colour of my nose is almost red and is noticeable sometimes. Is it an allergy or something? Should i get it treated?

In your age due to hyperactivity of sebaceous glands sometime it can become reddish . Apply antifungal cream for 2-3 wks it will subside . Keep your oily skin under control by using cleansers.
