Redness at the corner of eye

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have got slight pain at the corner of my right eye from 2 days and it is slight red colour now at the same place with no pain.. Also when I used spray sanitizer accidentally a tiny drop splashed on the white part of eye immediately washed with cool water..I don't know whether this could be the reason behind it. Picture of the eye is attached.. Pls suggest me the eye drops or can I use oflox eye drops

In the picture, it does not look so much inflamed ...but cant tell for sure .. Can be sanitizer or can be some infection coming up U can put an antibiotic drop like Moxicip 3 times and genteal 3 times ...see for 2/3 days . If does not get better see a doc !
