?? Perioral dermatitis. Take any antiallergic. Apply miconazole cream locally. Avoid allergens. Stay hydrated and clean. If symptoms persist thorough investigations are required.

First cause is dryness. You should use Vaseline for local application on the lips. You can also use a Chap-stick which is applied on the lips like a lipstick.
