Redness and white layer on glans penis
I have been on allegra and lulican ointment application past 3 days as red spots emerged on the glans penis along with mild itching and burning sensation. After washing at night and seeing again in the morning there is a white layer on the glans penis which does not go off despite of washing with water. Kindly suggest a homeopathic treatment for the same as i was advised normal water wash, 5 days course of allegra and 2 weeks application of lulican ointment by a dermatologist. A homeopath online told me to consume Nitric acid 30 3 times a day for 15 days but did not detail regarding the course. Kindly help, Also, my foreskin is a bit swollen and it pains a lot while retracting and there are little cracks coming on the external skin which burn.
